From the Strang travel along the Ballaoates Road and turn left onto the East Baldwin Road before arriving in Abbeylands. Travel along the East Baldwin Road until you are nearly at the end. Go past the drive for Ballachrink Farm on your left and the track to Creg y Cowin is located shortly afterwards on the right hand side.

VIEWINGS

The land can be viewed at reasonable times without prior appointment with the agent. Please take a copy of the sales details with you when viewing. Please proceed on foot only with no dogs and ensure all gates remain securely closed. The land is stocked with cattle and sheep. Viewing is entirely at your own risk.

There are no services connected. A fresh constant water supply is provided by both the Baldwin and Creg y Cowin Rivers.

The land is sold freehold. There is a grazing licence in place until Spring 2022 which may be able to be terminated early subject to negotiation.
